Writing blog after 2 yrs...

I reopened bloger site after 2yrs, coz untill now i was in a country where i can't open blogger. Not only blogger many other sites... I was not in a rural place, it was big city, but no blogs, no full power of internet. I dont understand why governments force people not to use powerful communication.
